Our History

Owner Bob Mills has been involved with the construction industry since his early childhood days when he worked under the guidance of his grandfather, a General Contractor in Erie, Pennsylvania. He credits his early experiences as the force that helped him define his career vocation and avocation.

To this day Bob still loves to build and see the finished product that has been created. His years of "hands-on" experience combined with a degree in Business Management have provided the vision to guide Synergy to a leadership position in the industry.

Synergy Building Systems began operations in 1982 and since then has gained an enviable reputation as one of the preeminent commercial contractors in southwestern Ohio. The foundation of the business is the company's commitment to continually provide its customers with professional service and high quality construction.
