Project Highlights

Riverside Research Institute is Mills-Morgan’s newest building in the 620,000 SF office development, “College Park”. This project is Mills-Morgan’s “Greenest” facility to date. A few of the features include; high efficiency mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, a white reflective roof, perimeter day lighting and light designs that meet both LEED and ASHRAE standards. This building features both SCIF and collateral classrooms and processing areas. Riverside Research Institute also has two state of the art video conferencing rooms, equipped with VTC lights, dual screens and ceiling projectors.
